We at Friends Historical Association are fascinated by Quaker history and believe that its study and preservation carry a powerful legacy.

We've been around for some time—since 1873, when we were founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With paid membership, we offer access to our semi-annual publication, Quaker History, which consists of revealing articles on Quaker contributions to issues such as social justice, education, and literature. The journal also includes book and article reviews.

We hold an annual meeting each Fall. In the Spring, we travel to an area pertinent to the history of the Religious Society of Friends.
